Therapy is a relationship like all others, and will feel best when a good fit is ensured. To confirm this, a free 15-20 minute consultation call will be the first step to initiate the therapeutic process.

Once we agree that we would like to continue with our work, an intake (first appointment) session will be scheduled.

You will then be sent all required intake forms to have completed the day before the intake session (standard questionnaires, billing and insurance forms, and consent forms).

During our intake, we will continue our conversation around what is bringing you to therapy, as well as any other relevant history. From there, we will determine treatment goals, and what care will look like moving forward.

Following our intake, we will then meet together during weekly individual therapy sessions to work towards goals and other objectives discussed during the initial session.
