Meet Your Clinician: Kristina Altomari

Kristina holds experience working with adolescents, college-aged youth, and adults presenting with anxiety, OCD, depression, and facing life transitions and adjustments.

“You may be looking for a space where you don't have to perform, over-explain, or be the person responsible for everyone else. You may be a college student working to juggle all the demands of school, work, and relationships. You may also be a new professional in the workforce who may be replaying conversations and scenarios over and over again in your mind. Maybe challenges such as anxiety are not new at all, but you have made the decision to begin therapy again. It is my passion and my drive in this field to work with college aged students and adults experiencing overwhelm of anxiety and managing transitions into new life phases.”
